Throughout this process we act in your best interests. We maintain project momentum and ensure that the project is being executed to plan. We manage the issues so you get a smoother, faster project with a higher quality result.

Step 1 - An initial meeting will uncover your needs and desires. Overall goals and space requirements will be critical to determining direction and building possibilities. A budget will be presented with recommendations. Your approval and satisfaction are critical to moving to the next step of the Harmon/Wells process. The output of this step is a completed and approved design.

Step 2 - The completed design will be sent to our subcontractors for bidding. Harmon/Wells subcontractors are always screened for quality, reliability and experience. The bids will be collected, reviewed and presented to the client for consideration. The output of this step is a finalized list of subcontractors with quotes.

Step 3 - A preconstruction meeting will be held to answer questions, establish dates, and set expectations for the client and the contractor. Your needs determine project execution. We tailor project execution parameters to help you achieve your highest level of comfort. The output of this step is a list of completion dates and expectations shared between all parties.

Step 4 - The project will be mobilized after permits (if needed) are obtained. The contractors will complete their work in a timely and efficient manner. We supervise the project to ensure your needs are met. We regularly communicate progress and any challenges that need to be overcome. Your concerns are always our priority.

Step 5 - Upon project completion, we will perform a walk through with you and address any final concerns. Lastly, we provide you with operations, maintenance and performance data for any equipment installed.
